Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

My light, airy room had a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. I could see the sea in the distance. The staff was always helpful and attentive to my needs. It was easy to walk to convenience stores and Terminal 21 from the hotel. The rooftop pool gave nice views.
The breakfast selection could have been better as the variety felt a bit limited.

The personnel offered quick help and also answered any questions I had about the area. They were always ready to assist with luggage or provide directions. I did appreciate the efficient check-in process.

The rooms were definitely larger than I expected. That was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was also tasty.
The room was very loud at night because of the adjacent gas station. I think it would be better to get a room on the east side. The wifi was slow and unstable too.

The location was superb for accessing nearby shipping options, restaurants, and public transport. I especially liked the easy access to various dining venues. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, a welcome start to my stay. The hotel entrance and lobby area created an inviting FIRST impression.
The pool water was salty. It would be nice to have fresh water.

I found the staff very helpful. The reception team allowed early check-in, a great relief after a long journey. The rooftop pool was very nice to relax after a day exploring (watching the sunset was a treat!). The rooms are spacious and have modern decor.
The badly sealed bathtub was difficult to use as a shower, and it was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel enjoys a central location. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. It is also only a short ride by tuk-tuk to the main attractions. A 7-Eleven is also close by.

i found the rooms large with nice appointments. the bed provided great comfort and the bathroom offered much space. breakfast tasted good and provided a decent start to the day. the location was ideal, close to shops and terminal 21, easily walkable.
